My Background

EMAC Business Management was founded by Elaine McAllister, BSBA, HRMC, PMC, and has studied and specialized in managerial and cost accounting, economics, business planning and strategy, marketing, and other areas. She has over twenty-eight years of accounting experience. Her education and experience helped her to develop the ability to analyze problems with a logical thought process that is applicable at all levels of a company. She has worked in industries including envelope and commercial printing; aircraft; commercial cleaning; healthcare; foodservice; education; hospitality; banking; and more. Her accounting experience in businesses ranging from a small real estate appraisal company to a top Fortune 500 corporation is vast. She managed employees through an acquisition. She knows that in order to take a small business to a thriving mid-size company, it will take strategic planning, effective communication, skilled employees, continuous education, and effective leadership. She created a consulting business that also provides accounting, marketing, and HR services to small and mid-sized companies. EMAC Business mgmt. will maintain responsibility for backing businesses in their process of developing and maintaining a strategic fit between the organizations' goals and changing market opportunities.
